Went in for a gel removal and to get redone, staff was friendly but not very well trained in doing gel, at least not the techician I sat down with. All went decently well for the most part except when the tools came out, they were still being stored in the store bought packaging so really no clue to when they had been cleaned last. The polish I had picked out was so old it was leaving bubbles, at that point I asked for them to remove it all and I went somewhere else. I remember coming here years ago and leaving so happy because I never really got my nails done but once a year. Now I'm not too impressed and I'm pretty sure they don't have a proper autoclave for cleaning the metal utensils. Sadly I won't be returning.

Had a 9am apppintment Sat 5/26. No one showed up. I waited 25 minutes and left. I called back later and complained and the guy who answered the phone laughed at me!!! And then asked if I wanted to come now. Are you kidding me???? Luckily I was able to get in at another area nail salon without an appointment. I will never go to Tammy's and I will make sure my friends stop going there too. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

First time in and I got a excellent service.She was very nice and does her work with enthusiastic.I even got a special price!!!✨💕💜🎉❤️💅I'm ready for my second time😘💅💕😘💅💕✨

I just got my nails and a pedicure done today at Tammy Nails after a year of not being able to afford to get them done. Tammy Not only remembered me but also gave me the same great service that made me return to get these services without even thinking about going someplace else. I highly recommend Tammy nails for great services and great customer service.

Not only did they delete my initial Facebook review, it seems that Tammy is set on having her "loyal" customers bombard me with messages over my Facebook review. Granted it's the internet, so that should be expected. But the fact that you can't take an honest review of someone's experience at your salon is pretty sad.It seems this establishment would rather delete reviews to continue to "look good" instead of working on their customer service.
***Worst experience ever. My mom went to Tammy Nails over the weekend to get a fill because her go to nail technician at another salon was booked. The woman who did my mom's nails made rude comments about her nails out loud for everyone to hear. The comments ranged from her nails looking really bad to she thought my mom had fungus under her nail (which she did not, the nail was just lifiting). She not only made my mom uncomfortable but she embarrassed her. As nail enthusiasts we were very disappointed with the customer service. Not at all the way you should treat any customer, especially a new customer. We would not reccomed this establishment at all and we will never come back.
