Love this place. I have been going here for over 3 years and they are fantasic. The owners are awesome and always go above and beyond to make me and my daughter feel welcome. They always have the newest on trend colors and very knowledgeable about the lastest nail shape trends. Would highly recommend!

I'm usually the easiest person to please, but this is by far the worst acrylic nail set I've ever had! They were very bumpy the polish was very bubbly and uneven. I did not get even get close to what I asked for. I don't even think she tried. She didn't even push or trim my cuticles then when it was over... no oil? Like isn't that a bare minimum. She didn't even have me wash my hands!!!! I got them done Friday, and my pinky is already lifting. Never had a worse set in my life! Went to another salon to have it fixed immediately. They felt so bad they did it for free... the first photo is after second is before.

Lousy customer service. Pedicure was rushed. Tech said he’d done 20 pedicures already. Sloppy. Inattentive. Worst pedicure I’ve had. Had to file my own nails to get the square look I wanted 👎🏻

I do NOT recommend this place for any type of mani / pedi / or even a polish! Sooo unhappy with NOT only my own gel set, but my daughter was left with unfinished toes and 2 fingers has no paint at all on them...yet still had to pay full price!! Ugh any salon with ANY sort of respect or passion would highly disapprove of the way Diva Nails allowed us to leave with our nails looking worse than when we arrived!!! If I could remove the 1 star given, I WOULD!!

I went here today to get a pedi and a full set. The woman with short hair is very pushy and not nice. She even went as far as to pretend to not understand me. The woman with the long hair does not do a good job at scrubbing your feet. I had asked her to scrub them more and she said no. I told her that I would do it at home. I told her that I do it better with a pumas stone which it's the truth. Then she did more. By time it came to my nails it was a nightmare and extremely painful. On the bright side. If you want it done right. Go to the man. He cares what he does and he will fix their mistakes and make it right. He does want you to be happy. That says a lot about a company when they want you to like what you get. I was happy by the end.
