Girls are very polite, efficient and helpful. They know their job well and do their best to ensure your comfort. The prices are reasonable and the area is clean and well kept. It is not fancy but you get what you want and there is little waiting. Also they don't rush through your program but give each one their full attention and care. I love this place and their people.

If you want to go to a salon where the quality of service depends on whether your Nail Tech likes you, then by all means make an appointment (which they won’t keep) Otherwise take my word for it. This “Nail Salon” has horrible customer service! I went to them 2 times and had to go back both times to have them correct their shoddy work. Then they had the audacity to actually give me an attitude about it! Extremely unprofessional. There is no way I would EVER go back there.

They person who did mine wasn’t even paying attention, and ended up leaving nail polish on the sides of my nail beds and not cleaning up the Edges or painting my full nail. Also my nail shape was extremely lopsided and different lengths and uneven. I felt like I was being rushed out of their because the man kept telling me to leave my old French manicure nails with the coffin shape and was not letting me put a color over them and telling me it was “out of style” and no one does them even though it is a very popular style.. and not to mention the nail tech didn’t do any pre treatment to my nails to clean up the cuticles or file my nails down. I felt that I did not get my money’s worth and I will not be going back. I’m very disappointed.
