If there were ZERO stars, this shop deserves that rating. Did a gel color change and pedicure. It was the worst experience and most horrible job I've ever had on my nails. Messy. Rough. Took WAY too long. And what's with all the flies? Never going back and I'd caution others to STAY AWAY. Plus, it wasn't cheap! $91 later, My nails are jagged, clumpy, and look like a child painted my toes! Regretting walking in there at all.

This place is horrible and overpriced. I have been here twice: the first time a technician cut me when she was doing my cuticles and when I started bleeding all she said was sorry and preceded to charge me the full amount at the end of the manicure. The second time I came in I had a different technician and she made my cuticles raw when she was filing off my old gel. I would NOT recommend anyone goes here.

I had SNS nails done here and they were not done correctly. It took the nail tech over 30 mins to remove the previous SNS (which shouldn’t happen) and then they used UV light to set? SNS does not need UV nor has anyone else done it this way. The top coat bubbled up and peeled off within first 24 hours. Stay away!!! Rip off. They need to learn the SNS system if they are advertising they can do it.

I walked in at 6:40pm to get my nails done. I asked how much French gel nails would be. The tech said $23. She then tacked on a $7 charge for nail take off. Then, when it was time to do the actual gel color, an hour and a half later she told me it was an additional $25 for gel or $14 for regular. So the price went from $23 to $55. Lol. I was so mad that I paid for what she had done and left. Seriously, just be honest and give me a set amount and quit changing the price and speed it up a bit. I'll never go there again. I left unhappy and with an unfinished manicure.
