Service is terrible, I got a full set of acrylic nails and the woman was working on me and 3 other women at he same time. The would do one hand then go do someone else then back to me and she RUSHED, like running the file over my skin and making me bleed and my nails hurt. I said something and she ignored me and made me go to another Tech. He kept pulling me over the desk so my hand was in his face, it was so uncomfortable and it took forever. I was here for 3 hours for something that usually takes 30-40 anywhere else. My nails only lasted for a week until they started falling off. NOT worth it.

My 1st time going here and I haven't had a mani or Pedi in probably over 15 years or more. I wanted to get just a basic pedicure and a set of acrylic nails. The girl who came over to talk to me about the pricing up sold me to get the Casa Bella pedicure with the hot stones. The girl who did my pedicure was very good it was very relaxing but then the 1st girl who came over and talked me into getting the spa pedicure started to work on my nails right in the middle of my pedicure I felt like I was being rushed and I couldn't really enjoy the experience then at the end they told me it would be $98 I can't for the life of me figure out how they arrived at that price . So I give them my credit card to pay for the services and asked them how do I put a tip on there and I was told they only accept cash tips. I felt bad about not leaving a tip at all but I never carry cash on me. I don't really know what to think of this place, my nails are way too long and I paid way too much for the services that I received there from not understanding what they were saying. I didn't get the relaxing aaaahhhh moment that I was hoping for and I felt like they were rushing me through the services to get to the next people that were waiting

They were very nice, and my nails came out well. I gave it a 4 star only because the woman who did my nails while nice was not very talkative and she did make me bleed on one finger. I also didn't like that I couldn't tip on my card I felt bad not being able to tip.

Always busy... But they have several working here. My nails look marvelous.... Which make me feel wonderful!

Best nail salon within a two hour drive and I'd know! I drive over an hour to have my nails done here and I have been a client for over 10 years. Service and quality is unmatched.
