My mom and I went to tips and toes for my birthday pedicure. My mom is a die hard tips and toes customer for 20 years so this is where we went! The pedicure massage was good and felt nice but the paint and cuticle care was horrific. I know I have small toenails but the male employee barely touched the brush to my nail and called it good. it was messy and not even on my entire toenail. The second coat wasn’t even fully covering the first so you can tell between the layers. Should’ve stuck with my east side sparenity like I wanted.

I am so torn! I went in to tips & toes about 2 weeks ago to have them fill my acrylics that they did about 2 weeks before that.
I was a little weary of how she was completely this process. Didn’t have me wash my hands or do anything sanitary throughout the process. After a couple of days I noticed a dark spot on my middle finger. I didn’t think much of it, I thought maybe she just got a black speck under my nail.
Well today I couldn’t withstand the anticipation of knowing what was under there much longer! I took off my ring finger nail and LOW & BEHILD THERE WAS MOLD UNDERNEATH IT! I popped of the middle finger, & same thing!
Disgusting!

The nail tech spilled paraffin all over my new shoes. Stuff happens, I’d usually be like no big deal. But he laughed and told me my shoes were fine. Then proceeded to try and wipe up his mess and do my nails at the same time. My nails look gloppy and I had to go home and clean my shoes. Then he charged me full price! I will never go to this salon again.

I think ownership has changed here. Not thrilled AT ALL. I miss the female owner that use to greet you when we came in. We spent $150 and left feeling less than satisfied. We were rushed through because they were busy. Did not do a thorough job. Took these pictures as soon as I got home. I have done my nails at home 100% better than this.

It's been our family go to for over 20 years. Lynn has the best staff and we wouldn't go anywhere else. She treats us like family.
