My daughter went to get her nails done and while the lady was painting them the manager or whoever was in charge walked up to her and asked her who was paying. My daughter said she was. That lady demanded that she pay now. The lady painting her nails said no, her nails are wet and the manager said no, you pay now! My daughter was confused but paid and ruined three of her nails and the poor lady doing them had to redo them. In addition, getting nail polish all over her purse. Very rude. If they wanted her to pay ahead they should have asked before her nails were painted.

First time customer and will not be returning. Nails were crooked, and acrylic was twice as thick as it should have been...causing my nails look more like like scoops. I asked for square tip and she flared the ends. I asked repeatedly for her to correct them, that I wasn't happy with them. She acted like she couldn't understand me, started speaking and laughing with the other nail tech and kept telling me "$40, $40" when the services I wanted were clearly priced at $25. A week later, 6 of my acrylic nails have already peeled off. I will never go back!

Having my nails done is always so easy at Cali Pro. This salon has been my one and only for many, many years. I trust every technician there which makes scheduling unnecessary. I'll plant myself at any station and in anyone's hands.

They argued with me and wouldn't do a certain color for ombre French tips, even though I've done it before. It was my wedding and I got the nails I didn't want. Very disappointed. The lady also complained about me because I made her redo my nails because they were crooked. Don't come here.
