After what started out as a pleasant spa day, I went to pay and that’s where it all went wrong. The gentleman who did my nails had the gall to question my tip amount. He said “that’s it for me?” And shook his head in disappointment. Since when is it ok to be that rude? I have been going there for years, and my family too. We will never step foot in there again.

I feel like I was rushed through my mani/pedi. My daughter had the same pedi as I did, it lasted an additional 10 minutes. I got the worst French manicure I've ever seen. The only thing I liked was the 10 minute massage that used to cost just a tip, now they charge $10 + the tip. They also charge you separately for the massage to make sure you tip him separately. Definitely not worth the money.

So disappointed! I have been coming here for 2 years now and have always had a very good experience...until tonight. My pedicure was fine but when it came time for my manicure, the guy cut my nails so short that there is no white showing at all! In fact my thumbs hurt just to type this review! I pointed this out and instead of apologizing, he and the staff told me it was my fault for letting him cut my nails. I was so upset that I just walked out when he finished painting my nails. Truly disappointed. I think I will find another place.

They cut my cuticles . Left me Bleeding! Not returning here !!! Every time I run water on my hands it stings so bad. Stop cutting the customers leaving us bleeding !

This used to be my absolute favorite place to get my nails done. :( For 3 summers in a row I would go every week to get a nice mani and pedi and massage (included). Now that I work full time and have more money to waste one such things , the business quality has gone down tremendously. I saw none of the previous workers there so I think management changed. Friday, I drove from Hartford to get my nails done for a trip I was going on over the weekend. This was the laziest job I ever have gotten. Normal things like exfoliating the heel of ones foot was missed and when I pointed it out (just to have that area done) I was told there was nothing the person can do. I do not have hard or harsh feet at all and so to have that said after I paid for the service was quite ridiculous to me. Then my nails were cut totally unevenly from hand to hand, The paint was sloppy, and I am an engineer so under the nail was a bit dirty from me working on a car that morning. I had to clean under my nails myself because the guy paid no bit of attention :/ . On top of that I didn't event get the massage that I pre-tipped for ! Not everyone in the salon was rude to me but the new young male technician really was extra lazy with the job. I won't be coming back and I have another trip this weekend to get a mani for. Oh well, no money for them.
