I have been purchasing from Sassy Secret for for about three years now. Up until my last few orders I always gave them five stars based on excellent customer service, quality of wigs and mail orders received timely. However, my last few orders have not been received timely though I pay extra for shipping. Also, I’ve notice that the quality of the frontal lace ( baby hair line) doesn’t lay as flat as it use to and the sizes of the lace wigs seems to fit differently (tighter. As a result, the front lace line rolls up. This is with gluing the lace down. Additionally, the The hair sheds more. They have definitely increased their prices by almost double. Yet, in all fairness most of their wigs are very pretty. Because of the noted changes, I will likely stop purchasing from them.

I must say I was shocked by the sour reviews as I had bought a wig years ago. Kenya was the first wig I ever purchased and I still have her up till today. I decided to shop with them again. The only reason why I left them 3 stars is because I am based in the United Kingdom and
I have noticed their prices have increased considerably and the quality has really gone down hill. I am confused as to what has happened to the quality? For this reason only I have moved on and buy my wigs from moramode a UK company where I feel the wigs are worth the price as they last and not shedding. Unfortunately I couldn't justify paying that much for the Sassy wigs anymore and then on top having to pay the duty and taxes.

Got a wig for 100 dollars plus shipping and tax the wig feels like dog hair right now as I speak I have the wig on its tangling and shedding like crazy this is only my 2nd wear and the wear time 2 hrs max go somewhere else wish someone would have told me the same you can get a better quality wig from sams beauty or other sites as a 10 yr wig wearer is a no cheap made wigs that are double the price!!

the customer service was amazing. Very nice and helpful when I asked for an exchange. Shipped very fast. Also, this hair is the best wig I've ever owned! Construction is very nice and realistic. Hair feels and looks great! I will be buying from them again
