They seem to do a good business however they can't do a simple design as this. Said I needed to do powder to do this look. So after getting my pedicure is when they told me that it wouldn't look just like the picture, so I paid for a pedicure and now have to go pay for another pedicure and manicure somewhere else that knows how to do this simple design 🙄 where can I go to get this creative design?

the place is dirty and there’s a dog in back that kept barking. very dirty
