The best nail salon in L.A hands down. I've been there many times and again today with my mom. We had a great time! The staff is always very friendly and they are truly artists. I love their work and trust them completely. Their tea selection is better than any tea shop in L.A. Love the new sandals too!

Parking was easy so that was a plus. The place is pretty so that is a plus. The mani-pedi was just fair. I felt rushed and even a bit ignored as it was a busy time. I felt like they wanted to get me in and out which is not what I want when I splurge on myself.

Overrated. Basic nails, basic everything...uncomfortable chairs but the chairs the nail techs are in look even more uncomfortable. I felt bad for them the whole time hunched over in a tiny had metal chair...limited selection of nail colors. I wasn't offered anything to drink. I inquired about a receipt but I wasn't given a receipt, I would have accepted an emailed one. The gal who did my nails was nice so that's why they get the one star. MY friend's nail lady however cut her finger then put nail glue on it.......

This is precisely the kind of salon I was looking for when I go to Los Angeles. Top notch, professional, perfect manicure (I am picky) and friendly staff. Make an appointment ahead of time so no waiting.

The decor and the staff are great. The downside is paying $90 for a mani / pedi and then having to sit in the corner and wait for ONE plug in dryer that, when you get to finally use it, is at an uncomfortably low height. The process of getting your nails done is perfection but the process of waiting (small cramped space) and drying (inadequate area and service) desperately needs to be worked out. Disappointing to pay so much for a beautiful manicure to then be kicked into a corner waiting in line for a single dryer that is supposed to adequately supply the entire salon...maybe they should focus on perfecting the process of getting your nails/toes done before launching their own pair of sandals, which is all they wanted to talk about (rather than how they could get me outta there to my holiday party on time considering the one sad dryer issue). I ended up leaving with wet nails and screwing two of them up.
