I had just went on saturday and got a removal and a new full set.. didn’t last 2 days and one nail broke.. the 3rd day 2 more nails broke.. cute. Never coming here again.... horrible

I just got the most overpriced fill I have ever gotten in my life! I went to two other places that were too busy before I came here. I walked in and there was literally no other customers there and now I know why...
I had one broken nail that needed to be fixed, but other than that it was just a typical fill. She cut my pinky cuticle and did a mediocre job on the shape. I can't believe she had the nerve to charge me $45 for such a half-assed fill. It's super conveniently located by my house, but I will NEVER go back here again.

So sweet, I dragged my boyfriend in with me and it was his first time. We were both very impressed with customer service and quality. She even convinced him to touch up his eyebrows which I never could! She talked him through it (poor guy) and was genuinely interested while talking to us. Great expierience, we will be back.

I had an appointment for 9:30, I’ve been sitting in my car since 9:15 waiting for someone to show up to unlock the doors. It’s now 9:52, 22 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Today was my only opportunity to get my nails done before my husband comes home, he planned a date night and everything. Now I don’t have the time. So thank you very much Happy Nails for wasting my morning and putting me in a horrible mood. If you’re going to tell customers you open at 9 and proceed to schedule an appointment for 9:30 make sure you show up! I easily could’ve gone else where.
