I have acrylic nails. I have had them for over 25 yrs. It is hard to find a place that is gentle with your nails and cares for you as a person. I found that place and person. Pinky Nail has taken great care to ensure you are safe during this pandemic. They keep everything sanitized before , during and after your arrival. Kevin works on my nails and knows me personally. I have had others who are a bit fast and therefore rough.
I can be assured Kevin will handle me with kit gloves. He calls himself the Nail Doctor. I can vouch for that.

The pedi was 20 mins long, way to fast for a upgraded pedi. Rushed and not a good message. :( I will give them 2 stars because they keeping everything clean minus reusing same tools for each person.

Nails pop off in less then a week. They fixed them & then went back for a fill. Wanted to charge me for a new set on a fill. Nails popping up again, dirt between my nail & gel. Extremely to think. Not a good job. I tried three times, your out.

(Will post pictures of my nails if I can figure out how to-the first set is the black and red set.. the “attempt to fix” is the pink paint job) I had my nails done and they did a sloppy job, then I was told it would be $40 but when I called on the phone they said it would be $35 so when I told him that someone else took my payment and said oh it is 35 HAVE A SET PRICE and charge for add on’s..but don’t try to charge someone more than the actual price! That’s sneaky and deceptive, but that’s not even my big issue I had my nails COMPLETELY MESSED UP I was nice and spoke to the man taking my payment and asked them if they could fix it..he told me to come back the next day meanwhile EVERYBODY and their mother told me my nails were awful and they couldn’t believe I paid $35 for this. I started to see bubbles under my nails and one of the bubbles popped and there was still wet gel underneath the top layer and when the bubble popped the gel that was wet underneath got on some papers I was working on, so I went back right after work and they tried to sit me with the same person I was very nice about asking to have someone else help me and they told me to have a seat and they got someone to help me they were extremely rude and told me we’re repainting the one one that’s messed up I said there’s more than just that they’re all different shaped you guys cut up my cuticles with the drill my nails are all sorts of dried out this is awful you need to put a whole new set on because you guys cut these and shaped them all different lengths and filed them different..so I was sat down with a women this time and she repainted my nails but again drilled my cuticles and even drilled some of the acrylic off I practically needed a new fill again and she shaped them round because they refused to give me a new set so AGAIN they were cut shorter but I was trying to be nice about it and I dealt with it she repainted them and then LEFT ME THERE I was still sitting there waiting for my nails to finish and she said something to me I unfortunately didn’t understand and she just left for the night. I sat there a bit longer and asked someone am I done? Do I just leave now? And he says yeah you can go ...LIKE WHAT?? awful customer service and they were extremely rude! Then I speak to them the next day because my nails are lifting all the shine is gone from my nails you can see the separation of top coat and my fingers hurt from the drilling in my cuticle area and I said can I just have refund my nails are still bad and I’d like to go somewhere else to get them done and he says we fixed it for you and if I want a refund he needs to speak to the owner and the owner would be in the next day and he would ask and call me back ...never got a call back for two days so I called and he got annoyed with me and says I told you we will call you back the owner isn’t coming now and so I got upset and waited another week or so then I called again
when I called a women answered she said are you the “white girl” that came in? I said yes and there is other ways of describing people she said you’re the “white girl” I fixed your nails we’ve done all we can do for you! I said I’m waiting to hear from someone that said they would talk to the owner she said the owner doesn’t do refunds and then she HUNG UP ON ME! I am VERY disappointed in this whole experience! I hope no one has to go through this! These are the type of people I wouldn’t want working for me they don’t care about their customers only about making money. If I was the owner I would 100% consider training my staff on the correct approach to customer service..I’ve never left a review about a company unless it’s positive so this has driven me mad enough to write this one. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE DON’T GO THERE.
