Very horrible nail technician. Always say they can do what you want but never the same as you ask. Horrible customer service. Highly recommend you don’t waste your money here at this place. Nails don’t even last 4 days before breaking and looking awful. Wish they had no star option. 1 star still too many DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY!!!! “Posting for wife”

Always room available to take you in. Clean, new wrapped files, tools, scrub blocks in sealed packages. Tell them if your in a hurry they will finish quicker...tell them no rush, and you can relax a little longer.

Very bad nails. They did not look as expected, they didn’t do the shape that I wanted right. They aren’t very careful while doing your nails and they hurt them because they are rough with your nails. I have a couple of cuts from them and I saw another review about that and they said they would improve but they didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend going here and They are also very rude here... I wish I could rate 0 stars.

Worst nail experience of my life. The atmosphere was tense and borderline hostile as the manager constantly moved people around and had techs doing multiple person’s nails at once. The final product was okay. Not bad, but not great. A few things I fixed myself when I got home. The prices they have listed are not true. They charged 5 dollars extra for the clear top coat they HAVE to put on. And they charged extra for the natural length of my nails. I did not get any type of acrylic or fake nail. Only my real nails and I was charged extra because my nails were not short. I paid 15 dollars more than the listed price and nearly double what another customer with a full set of acrylics paid. I left frustrated and disappointed.

Worst nail experience ever. The atmosphere was very aggressive, and I was forced to get and pay for services I did not want. Got an entirely different color than I picked out. No one was listening to me. My nails were shaved down to almost nothing and are now paper thin. The polish job is bumpy and uneven, and my nails are all different lengths. While I was there they broke a customers phone and didn’t even offer to compensate him for it. Will not be returning. Very unprofessional.
