So I’m currently sitting in my car just hurt. My daughter and I came in for a pedicure and a full set. The guy says ok I’ll do the full set. I’m like ok. Now I signed in and stated what I wanted so why when three people became available, no one says a word, and I just keep getting passed over. Now in comes a guy and his two sons and everybody is available. I paid for my daughter and I will never be back. Since I’ve been in Texas I’ve used these guys for my needs and my daughters. It’s ok. I’ll find another shops to get me together from now on.

Very poor service when you request something they don’t want to do. The young man insisted that I place false nails over my natural nails. I specifically requested a manicure and when I proceeded to tell him I wanted my cuticles cut he attempted but was not cutting anything. When I mentioned I wanted dead skin removed he said he could not do that and got up and returned my money that I paid before hand. I would not recommend this place.

First of all, this place is WOW. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was seated immediately. Tony did a beautiful job on my nails and I was left with a smile from ear to ear. He was very gentle and precise, which many of you know, most nail techs are not. He took his time to make sure I was pleased and even asked twice what exactly I wanted so he could make sure my nails were perfect. Thank you Hollywood Nails and Spa!! I will definitely continue to come back.

By far the best experience I have had at a nail salon. Their work is amazing and they always make sure they do it correctly. Honestly you get what you pay for and this place is worth it. Definitely going back.
