This is a hidden gem! I never realized this shop was here, thank God I found it. It's a Black Owned business and its lovely! All the workers are pleasant and Friendly. I definitely will return for services.

I went about a little over a week ago on a Monday, the staff was nice and friendly. The man that did my nails took two hours for a fill one of my nails are crooked, one just popped off after 5 days and now they are lifting all with in less than a week.

I am leaving a review for the location on Warwick and Denbigh I rate this location less than a star not even a star I had the worst experience last night I cannot begin to describe all of the unprofessional events that occurred I went to get a full set of acrylic nails it took two ladies three and a half hours to completely destroy my nails I was not even able to walk out feeling a little bit confident with the mess that have been made. I am pretty sure that there is possibly a good nail technician at this location however last night there wasn't when the last words you hear at a nail salon r come back tomorrow and we will start all over and please do not leave a bad review because my boss will be upset with me I have no words to describe how that made me feel but what I will say is this I would never recommend anyone I know to go there I do wish to speak with the person in charge of this location as soon as possible. I am 100% positive that I was completely taken advantage of . I was lied to and used as practice and as a customer I should have been told up front that the so-called professional was really doing my nails for her first time wow I'm so in shock.

I would like to follow up on my previous review to inform the reader's that the owner of this nail salon was in contact with me within 4 hours of my review she expressed her concern that this has never happened in her establishment and that she will make sure that it never happens again she has offered for me to return to her store to have my nails repaired and fixed for free and I must say I did accept her offer at first. HOWEVER after a few more messages between her and I my gut tells me that I'm going to decline I just can't bring myself to return . I'm only one person, one bad experience with one bad review. Im going to give this 3 star because of the owner Sherita Jenkins and your willingness to correct the issue . I just wish there had never been an issue to correct.

This is a great place to go for your hair and nails. I'm only posting for nails though. Trina is my technician, and she does an amazing job. I wanted something that everybody could see that represented my Florida Gators. She did all of this, to include the fill, cut down, and design, for $19. You can't beat that!
This is a Black owned business, and it is very clean and friendly. They actually care about the health of your nails, which a lot of places don't. The staff is very friendly and they are true professionals. I always book an appointment as soon as my nails dry.
