Went in late last night 40 minutes before closing, upon entering they where immediately genuinely nice and accommodating. He not only informed but showed me why I needed a new set rather than a fill which is what I came in for, I have very VERY sensitive nails, and explained that to him and he had the old very poorly put on set (FROM A DIFFERENT SALON) off with no pain and he was extremely gentle. Even tho they where closing he took his time and was very friendly, personable and like i said genuine the entire time. First time in many many years I have enjoyed the service and experience. Will definitely be back as permanent customer and would reccomend anyone looking for FANTASTIC nail service provided look no further!!! Also unlike other places they take the time to listen to your needs not talking amongst themselves
And P.S my nails look fantastic and the shape is perfect!!!!

Rick thank you very much for the wonderful customer service you provide I finally find someone who doesn't make me feel rush and who actually cares for what I say about my nails thank you for a wonderful pedicure and manicure I will definitely come back again.

Got a pedicure here and the staff was all friendly! The pedicure was a "deluxe" pedicure and it was very reasonably priced and color was included. We'll definely be going back sometime!

I love Michelle she is so professional and nice. She makes sure everyone is happy. She does a great job on eyelashes. Every nail artist does a great job... I have been going here for years.

My daughter loves Michelle who works here. They are always polite. Occasionally there might be a slight English misunderstanding but be patient and polite and it's easily rectified. No need for rudeness. I have been here with my wife and daughter and decided to get a pedicure myself. It was great. No more calluses, my ingrown nail was fixed.. haha . Maybe I'll go back just for myself. For now I'll just take the girls and as long as they are happy I'm happy.
