I got my nails done on Halloween and 4 days later they started lifting tried to call and let them know the issue, the lady didn’t want to schedule me that day to get it fixed at all. Now my nail is completely off I’ve have them less then a week. I would not recommend going here they are very rude and not willing to fix mistakes made by new nail techs

I'd give this place a 0 if it were an option. Never go here. Staff is unprofessional, rude, and not gentle. I went here for the first time last week and had a HORRIBLE experience. I usually go to the Conroe location off 105, but I was in Willis and decided to give it a try. That was a bad choice. The lady removed my nails by popping them off with a tip out of a box instead of soaking them as I had requested. I'd never seen such. It hurt, and I knew she was going to break my real nail... unfortunately I was right. My nail ripped, and she had to put a tip on it. Then she began working on my nails and paused to turn to watch videos on the computer screen that another staff member was watching. Then she got the grinder out to shape my nails and burned/cut me several times. I told her "ouch," and she would apologize but continued to do it anyways. My fingers were so sore and irritated for a few days. I was furious. And they are more expensive. $45 for dipped nail overlay. Lesson learned DON'T GO HERE! Go to the 105 location instead. The 105 location is fantastic!

I love Tender Touch. The staff is always very nice and do a great job on my pedicures.. Delux Spa is $36.

Do not ever go to this place--ever. This is the epitome of they make money and you get screwed. Don't pay for deluxe pedicure-- $36 for a 20 minute pedicure that was less than 1 minute of paraffin on my feet, they did not do the entire advertised- deluxe pedicure and I questioned it and they pretend not to understand then. They said the lotion was the milk bath--incredible, this is near criminal. Someone needs to close this shop down. --They won't last, don't go and make them shut down. It was unbelievable how awful the pedicure and the gel manicure was the worst. -- this will not be worth any time and they pretend not to understand you-- if you find yourself here, stop your process when they fail to do the right steps. don't pay for it and walk out.

Reasonable price and friendly staffs. I got my pedicure done there and I loved it.
Tracy is my favorite tech and gives great massages! I will definitely go back :)
