Very Rude People & Terrible Customer Service !
Kate is very Rude ! Yes, she does a "good job" BUT she has bad customer service, she ignores your dm messages and she has a bad attitude. *Beware* she over charges if she thinks she can get over on you and gets an attitude when questioned about her pricing.
This nail salon doesn't help the community but take the money and threat its customers poorly ! It is not worth the treatment! I will be going to spend my money in another nail salon !
Unclean , had no tissue / hand soap to wash my hands in the bathroom. They also were not abiding by the COVID regulations. Will be making a complaint to the city !

Kate answered my messages when I wanted to schedule a manicure, but started ignoring me once I asked if she could fix a nail she did that broke off the next morning. Friends of mine that sent her messages the same days I did were all answered, but mine ignored. I politely attempted contact 3 times over a week to give her time to respond and the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say we will no longer be going here. Very rude and unprofessional.

If I can give it a zero I would. They don't follow the 6 feet distance, having many people standing outside blocking the entrance to a restaurant and laundry mat.

Went to Nail Studio Plus on a referral from another customer . I had an appointment with Kate. I was greeted when i walked in the door. The other customers were friendly and making conversation while I waited. I did not wait long at all. I opted for a full set of tips and a design.Kate did an amazing job! I love my nails and I receive many compliments on them. I was not there for too long. Made another appointment for a fill. Would highly recommend.
