First time here and I was taken care of immediately even though I was in the peak weekend hours. My technician did a great job paying attention to detail when it came to my pedicure. Clean salon and super chill. Will come back when I’m in Queens!

It was just horrible.. first of all, the guy that did my nails didn’t even know one work in English! I asked short! Just like it was before! He made them long! I thought he got his own technic and he will make it shorter towards the end but he didn’t! I asked again! He didn’t do it and I just wanted to leave so I was just keeping my mouth shut!
I asked for ballerina shape, he said ok, 5 dollars more... what????? I’ve been getting my nails done for years and it’s the first time someone is charging for a shape! He was so unprofessional!!! He kept on tapping my hand to move it and I swear to god didn’t move! One of my nails is thick, the other one is too thin! The nail polish is just embarrassing I’ll try to post a picture... I’m sorry I had to write it but people got to know! I’m a very easy person please and if I’m not happy with that then I’m telling you it was horrible..!!!
And! The guy that did my nails went outside to smoke while I was soaking off my acrylic and he didn’t wash his hands.

I when there today. I need a regular manicure and pedicure. They person who was doing my pedicure didn’t do a deep cleaning. It took her 5 min and she done with the pedicure and it cost me $20 I couldn’t have done it myself at home. I don’t recommend

Unfortunately, I have to give this review one (1) star if I want the world to know the bad service I received from this place.
Even with the lousy job this salon did on my toes on my 9th visit, I returned and was willing to give them another try. My mistake.
During my last and final visit, the technician, Alex, went outside to smoke a cigarette while I sat waiting for him to get started. After alerting the desk manager that I had another appointment, Alex finally came in. I thought that he would wash his hands before starting to work on my fingernails. Another mistake, he did not wash his hands. Needless to say, I will never return to that place again.

I am a 15 year old girl. To make a long story short I had $90 worth of service done and then I only had two dollars left for a tip I feel shy to leave two dollars figured it was too little to leave for a tip when I mentioned it to Julie that I had only two dollars left she demanded the tip I told her I will return with a tip, she demanded the last $2 I had. She took it from me sending me out of the store with no money. Julie is what she said her name was. They should realize the kids are not adults and they cannot take or demand any tip that’s what my dad said I will never go back there and don’t recommend anyone else to do your research before going to place also unfortunately the polish that they applied only lasted for two days . Gel should last longer please don’t go there I was embarrassed 😞
