Friendly staff, reasonable prices and clean/relaxed environment. I’ve been going to Fancy nails for 5 years, Ben does a great job on my nails every time!

this is my second time coming here and i love it. Ben did my nails so well and I was very satisfied with the price!! the rest of the staff is also very nice and polite!

I was a walk in tonight. It was just Ben and a female. They both did an excellent job on my nex GEN nails and pedicure. My only dislike is they do charge $5 to shape your nails. So I paid an extra $10 for my mani/pedi. I have never had a Nails Salon do this. I would recommend they just roll in the cost to their overall charges listed on the menu vs an up charge.
Other than that decent service and work.

Terrible service. I made an appointment the same day and had to wait 35 minutes. They charged an extra $5 just to shape my nails the way they were already shaped. I have gotten my nails done here once before and they did not charge extra for shaping my nails the same way. When I asked why I was being charged extra, she laughed at me and said don't worry about it. When I pointed out that some nails looked crooked, she told me that the previous place I had been to made them that way. This makes no sense when all new powder was applied to my nails. She filed them crooked. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. There are other local salons with much better, professional customer service.

Walked in desperate for a pedicure the night before a vacation and found this salon and their staff to be polite, friendly, and professional. Even though my pedicure was going on past the closing time, they did not rush the job, and my feet looked and felt great. Been back since then and enjoyed the experience just as much the second time.
