You see my photo that the stone was totally tilted. They offered the free fix and at the end I had filled a paper that what was the reason for this free fix and have I had any free fix before or not, etc. Just felt uncomfortable.

Love coming here I rarely have to wait. The prices are reasonable
Only reason I have 4 stars is because there are two ladies that I've gotten here that don't do that stellar of a job with the nail polish but it wasn't disastrous Overall I would definitely recommend :)

First let me say it was probably me not them. I had a gift certificate from a friend so I stopped by on a Sunday. It's small but even though full to capacity it didn't feel overly crowded. It feels like a peaceful environment. I was greeted quickly and was provided an accurate wait time. The color selection is not your typical Essie and Opi. It's several boutique lines like luxe. However they are more about the nail art and gel then the typical manicure. I am used to the NYC no nonsense typical manicure- 30 minutes with hand massage. This was about 45 minutes and there was no hand lotion applied. Also a heads up this is a straight up nail salon there is no waxing or massage offered.
