The rent is low, it is fairly quiet here, there's a small play place near the office and pool area, and just across the street from the entrance is a party stote, and Fitzgerald Park is maybe half a block from there as well. I take walks from my house to the entrance nearly every day, and the trees are gorgeous!

The Ravines has great potential. Many mature trees add a lot to that community but there's also many old single wide homes in the front that need some cleaning up. The holes in the paved streets also are in need of patching.

Used to be so beautiful here, but since new management took over it is run down and unappealing. And the manager is a super unpleasant person!
