Its an aging hotel. They are renovating. I loved it. It has character! When I checked in the front desk young man was professional and friendly. The lobby was beautiful and inviting. My room was really very nice I loved the colors and ammenities. It did take a little while for the water to get hot in the shower but once it did I had a long hot shower. I had a spectacular view of the lake from my balcony and still felt I had my privacy. I plan on many more stays here and look forward to making this hotel my get away for relaxation.

The resort was beautiful. I loved the convenience of the restaurant's. Would have loved to have a spa experience but $289 for 50 min for 2 was too pricey for me. I also wish our room was cleaner. I kept finding long pieces of hair in the bathroom and shower. Non smoking rooms , but the balconies were amazing.

The room was fine, and the staff were all really nice. This was noteworthy because we stayed over Christmas so I'm sure they would all prefer to have been home with their families, but they still went out of their way to be helpful to my family. We also like the architecture of the facility; much more attractive than the common concrete rectangle style.

Nice resort. I came in the winter, could not partake in all of the availabilities but it is a nice place. Only complaint I have is that there didn't really appear to be too many ramps for stroller access without going outdoors and at 25 degrees, going out with a baby is not really an option for me. I love the fire right inside the lobby, very nice touch.

Nice rooms and great view of the lake from the balcony of my room. They food options are slim even though they have 2 restaurants. 1 is hardly open and the other the wait takes forever.
