I am solely judging customer service, I do not know if it's because I'm not Hispanic but from the very first beginning customer service was horrible. I was referred by a good good friend of mine so I was already sold. When I called the number her husband answered the phone I was set back a little because normally a salon will greet you with their slogan. I asked for Nery her rudly told me he was not near the phone. From there I made it my business to not support, days later Nery called me and I explained everything, she apologized for her husband behavior. From there I told her I would stopping by, twice I told her that and never did (I was to busy). I texted her this morning to see if she can squeeze me in. She found a spot for 1pm, I arrived extremely late 1:42pm (due to traffic coming from Oakland Blvd) not only she did not try to see if she can squeeze my daughter she flat out and told she cant. Keep in mind my phone was dead and couldn't contact her for directions. I finally found my good good friends phone number and called her for Nery's phone number. I called her and explain the situation (you would think she would tell me then to not come...nope she gave me the address and that was that) I get there and she turned me around. I was pissed...I'm not local, I drove from Broward to come to you and you can't show any hospitality? No thank you.
