Rude and unprofessional. The Nail Tech sparingly added polish to my nails so it streaked. Then expected me to go home with it streaking! When I asked her to add more coats (gel polish) it still looked horrible!. Then she slammed the drawer when I asked her to take it all off. I told her it was too much money to pay to not be right. The second color choice horrible and she left a mark in it so it cracked 2 days later...this is GEL POLISH🤔it doesnt crack for 2 weeks! I just came back for her to fix it. And they made me wait 20 mins while others skipped me in line. Dont come here!

Customer for 6 years. I have been going here and have had Kim as my nail tech for 6 years. She's very gentle and creative. Any design you want and she can recreate it.
