TOM, hands down is the best and most professional I have met in years. He made me feel at ease from the moment I met him. And I feel so amazing when he finish I be ready to take over the world. I love my Tom.

I waited for a good while patiently, to get a pedicure. I got ignored and then finally someone asked what I wanted. I was then seated and after sitting in the chair for 15 min I got up. I came in before a couple people. They got seated after me and were already getting treated. The whole time I was just walked by and not acknowledged. I felt it was because I was a guy, I’m not sure. I slowly started putting my socks and shoes on, rolling my pants back down and no one said anything. As I’m walking out the older gentlemen said they could do it. After waiting that long i felt I was purposely ignored, but thanks for being the only one to acknowledge me.

They are over priced, and charge you a tip. The cashier was talking so I pressed .05 instead of 5.00 for the tip and she charged me. She asked if I have cash to pay for the tip????!!!! Then they took pictures of my daughters nails to post on their website.. speechless!!!

BE WARNED! i’ve been here several times, always had amazing service and left happy. i never write reviews but this has to be public knowledge. the workers ARE NOT WEARING MASKS. manager wasn’t wearing one either! they did an awful job on my nails, when i let them know i was unhappy and asked what they could do to fix to situation, i was just told “i’ll let them know, then they might fix them for free” might??? are you kidding me? then they told me to call back to see if they can do them for free or not. i didn’t even get an answer right then and there. it looks like a 5 year old painted my nails.
