Wish I could post a picture of the horrible manicure I received today. By far the worst one yet. I made sure to state my concerns but Ofcourse they threw it back on me, “oh it’s your nails”. To make matters worse they charged my an extra 5$ because I chose a white polish. I was okay with it until I saw the end results. They then recommended I did a darker color. I don’t have time to just sit at the nail salon. Never going back.

Horrible customer service! I waited 30 minutes (at least) to have my toes and finger nails dried! They seemed dried but they weren’t. Later that night I came back home with Both my nails and toe nails smudged. My mother experienced the same thing. I called the very next day (Tuesday) and left a voicemail. Did not get a response, so I called Thursday and scheduled a time to get them repainted. Mind you, I live 26 minutes away from this place which I told them and I work 8-5, with traffic it’s already 6:30 by the time I get there. Saturday my Mom went to get hers done and they had the audacity to only paint the ones that looked horrible! What kind of customer service is that?! At least have the decency to paint all nails for the inconvenience. I however could not make it in on Saturday as I am moving, so I scheduled for Sunday. I told her that I had a couple of interviews so I’d like to come in at 4, she scheduled for 3 ( thought I would make it). I called at 3:30 and she refused to schedule me to have my nails redone! I told her my birthday is this week and I’d like to have them redone, she said she would charge me. HORRIBLE customer, in fact, I could’ve done a better job! I would not recommend this place to anyone!! What a waste of money, gas and most importantly time! Do not use the groupon, I believe you will be treated differently. If I could give negative stars I most certainly would.

I’ve been coming here for over 5years and the staff are absolutely kind and prices are great as well. Very much recommend!
