I'm just leaving from trying to get a pedicure. So the lady proceeded to do my pedicure directly after doing gentleman's feet, so I asked if she properly sanitized the equipment. I already knew she hadn't so the owner which has no customer service intervened saying that's normal basically. So she begins get an attitude because I'm asking for them to properly sanitize which is what they're supposed to do anyways. THIS HOW YOU CONTRACT BACTERIAL INFECTIONS!!!!Its very unsanitary!!!!I've coming here for over 15yrs they have lost a customer forever. The new owners have no customer service & aren't accommodating to they're customers. Kathy was the best here anyways. If I could rate -0 I would.

I’ve only been there once, it’s better than my salon. Grate prices, friendly service and it’s very clean . They sprayed the chair after every use and equipment. This will become my main spot . I would recommend 10/10

I’ve been a customer of Cute Nails for over 28 years.. I’ve always loved my nails. Now that it’s a new owner, the shop has advanced throughout time. Thanks for your service, hospitality, and friendliness. A valued customer.

They’re very nice but the quality of my pedicure is awful... a week later my SHELLAC pedicure looks a month old and that’s never happened. The polish is already coming off. Won’t be going back!
