Jessica is the absolute best! For a long time I'd go to just any place that was convienently located for me, but now I always make it a point to go to Jess. She convinced me to try gel powder a while back, and since then my nails have grown so much and are the healthiest they've ever been. The powder lasts over a month for me!
Everyone at the shop is nice, but I'd recommend Jessica to anyone without hesitation!

Jessica is the BEST!!! Her work, her personality..everything about her. Would deff recommend her out of anybody in Seminole county!!!!

2 days after getting my nails done the polish was turning black. I called and explained the issue and I was told to come in. Once I got in the manager greeted me with a huge smile and asked what I needed done. I told her I had called in about the polish and showed her my finger and toe nails. The smile quickly faded away and she asked me if I had recently died my hair. I told her no and reminded her that my toe nails had also turned black. She kept insisting that it must be my hair while rudely interrupting me to talk on the phone she was holding to her ear the whole time and to the other people working there. So I tell her I don't mean to make this difficult for anyone and to just give me my money back so I can go somewhere else. She says she can't give me my money back and to just pick a color. At this point I was irritated beyond believe and was trying to keep my cool. So I ask her if she can please show me where he gel polishes are and she points at a bin. I spend about 10 mins looking through and make my pick. I show it to her and she says that's not a gel color but a "power gel" so I ask her why she pointed at the bin when I asked her for her gel polishes. I guess she didn't like that much and proceeded to tel me that she can only do the same color I had on before. The one that turned black! I told her that if she didn't change the color or refund my money I will backcharge the whole thing through my credit card company. Thankfully Jessica (a very nice nail tech) offered to help me on her own time. I have Jessica a nice tip despite the ordeal and knowing I didn't need to. It's unfortunate they will loose business because of their manager. Before I left I made sure the manager knew how rude and unpleasant she made my experience at her salon and how she's quick to take your money but does not own up to mistakes or tries to empathize with her clients.

Staff got the worst attitude , call customers picky just because they want their nails in some kinda way .. all they care about money and nails wont last more than 3 days ! Worst place ever !!
