I set up my appointment a week before. I walked in and the owner (I think) welcomed me very kindly, since it’s walk in there were ladies already before me, so my friend and I had to wait about twenty minutes before they actually took us. Very kind and the lady (I’m sure was the owner) kept apologizing but it was okay cause she was too sweet. She did my nails sooo amazing...as for my friend, she didn’t really like her nails but then again she wasn’t very sure on what she’d actually wanted cause this was only both our second time at a nail salon.
Doesn’t look as clean if you really look around but the some of the staff are really kind and the price is good if you want Acrylics +Polish for $35.

My wife has been to this salon twice now. The first time they couldn't even use warm to hot water for the pedicure it was ice cold and the nail technician apparently cannot figure out how to shape nail and this was a very displeasing experience for my wife. The second time she goes they continuously up-charged my wife throughout the experience and never once told her they where doing so, and then when they where confronted about it that all they could say was "well did you ask" I am sorry that is not the job of the consumer but is the legal obligation of the business to inform the consumer of any up charged they are performing. Also my wife has been spending months growing her nails out and now getting them dipped to protect them today she went in to have her nail filled and they cut off all of her nails stripped the paint off completely and made her pay for the entire service all over again. and they still cannot figure out how to shape nails, and talk to their customers. On top of that my wife dint have one nail tech through this process but she was passed between four different nail technicians and still the end result was not what my wife was looking for. Please beware of this salon and how they run the business and treat their clients.

BEEN IN THIS PLACE FOR 3 hours. The guy doing my nails did my feet perfect, When it came to my nails he was about to polish them , I told the lady I wanted tips on my nails so I was confused. I’ve been here 3 times and this has to have been my worse experience ever!!!! He made my finger bleed being too ruff, guessing he had a attitude because he made a mistake. The lady took over and did the rest of the job for me. When it came time for me to pay she charged me $73 dollars added on a extra $10. Eyebrows are $8, shellac fullest is $30 and my feet was $25 that adds up to $63 (online prices) not $73! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THE PLACE

My husband got me a gift certificate for Christmas $50.00... I went in today to use it. They told me “Diane” sold the business and they could not redeem it that they would be out $50.00... well we are out The $50.00 dollars and that’s ok ?.....and their little punch card that I need 2 more punches on, would only worth 10% discount not a $20.00 gift card... be careful dealing with this place...! I Will Never Go Back....!! SCAMMERS..!
