I went there at 7 when online says they closed at 8. They turned me away cause I didn’t call ahead when I have gone there at this time before and wasn’t turned away they did my nails. I have never had this problem before but now I probably will never return.

1 star is a stretch. I went today... I broke my ankle 2 months ago and had to have surgery. Consequently, I have been unable to have my pedicures which I love. I have been looking forward to it for weeks. I walked in and found the salon to be visually appealing depspite the way it looked from outside... Young lady walked me back to the pedi area. I am currently walking with a cane and have a significant limp. I sat down and explained my situation. I rolled up my pants legs and when she saw my scars... 2 months old and fully closed/ healed... She asked me was I sure I should b having a pedicure. I told her in fact my physical therapist had encouraged it. We got halfway through and she called over her friend. Started pointing at my scars, roughly manipulating my ankle which I had asked her to be gentle with, and very loudly laughing and speaking in a language I couldn't understand. When they were done, I politely asked them to tell me what they had just said. They looked at each other very uncomfortable and the friend said "she was just reminding me about something I have to do after work". I had planned on a Mani pedi but told her I'd just finish my pedi tyvm. I was already feeling self conscious considering I am a young woman having to walk... With much difficulty... With a cane. I have scars now running up both sides of my leg. To treat me that way. So mean. I cried for about 15 mins in the car after. Mean girl status. I will not be going back.
