Very nice place and Lucy is great.... She does a amazing job and is always pleasant to be around. Now the only reason I'm giving them a 3 stars is due to the surrounding neighborhood.

Went to this place of business on a Friday and Sunday my gel polish was chipped. I normally only go to one person however this day I let the Owner Van do my nails and his polishing is AWFUL! He polished my nails so thick to the point when they dried one side of the nail looked warped because the polish was just that thick on that side. I went back to let him know I would like to have someone else pain my entire nails over and he said No or it would be 20.00 to paint nails again and he would repair my one nail that chipped . He was rude and loud while telling me this by the way. So he buffed but he let another person polish it so not I Have one nail that looks smooth. Over weekend one of my other nails started to come up and I went to the shop on Mon but they are closed so I went back Tues and told him I need nail repaired and he once again got loud . Told me I didn't have to come to his shop no more if I don't like it. He fixed it and told me if I come back I would have to pay again . I now have another nail coming up and its only been a week since I got a full set put on. His attitude was Rude and he is used to talking to his customers rude because I witnessed him speaking to him that way but those are his regular customers however I am not a regular customer so for him to speak to me in that same manner was Unacceptable and Unprofessional! I am a unsatisfied customer and his wok is horrible!!!!! Retire and leave the nail business to your family because you SUCK VAN!!!!

They don’t have half of the equipment you need to do nails. I just got sent home with the WORST acrylics I have ever had. Great service and very polite but I am not happy
