My boyfriend and I went to this establishment to get pedicures. He is of black descent, and due to a previous situation from the other Unique Nails in Doral, was already hesitant in going. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and told how long the wait would be, which was a lot better than our previous experience. When it was our turn we both sat down. The individuals who worked here assumed we did not understand Spanish and what they were saying. We clearly heard one of the nail techs state she is not doing his pedicure and proceeded to help a girl who came in after us. It was clear as day why she didn’t want to do it and it was clear that this environment and the culture of those who worked there believed it was okay to treat someone this way. They refused a customer for ignorant reasons and this was very disheartening on top of disrespectful. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. I think it’s disgusting they have those types of people even allowed to work there. I wish I would have gotten the name of the nail tech, she does not need to be in customer service with such a negative and ignorant view of others. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Karla did an amazing job! I am on week 3 of my shellac nails and they are still perfect! 🙌🏻👍🏻🥳

I'm the type of person who thinks that how you treat your self is how you treat others and everything, and having your hands and feet in good condition is like your business card.
This nail spa has the most caring specialists, they are so patience with the kids and make you feel like the queen and king we all are.
Also, you can give yourself a little extra with a beautiful necklace 👏🏻
