Carol is fantastic. I've had a couple of snags when trying g ro make an appointment but other than that very good experience! Carol is the first hairstylist in years that actually trims my bangs correctly. She really knows her stuff!

It's always been difficult for me to explain how I want my hair cut. Crystal did a fantastic job! Cost was average ( & worth it). Although I'm sure they get busy sometimes-- my wait was very short for walking in on a Saturday around 10:00 a.m. I am new to the area and glad I finally found a place that got it right!

The main haircut was fine, though it took a little long. My biggest complaint is that despite having a beard, the beautician just shaved off my side burns without asking, whereas literally every other person I've gotten my hair cut from has asked. This really bothers me because my beard looks really stupid now and I need to shave it off, something I didn't want to do since I have an interview coming up. Furthermore, she barely spoke to me and spent 5+ minutes just fluffing up my hair despite telling her I don't do that or use products, instead just parting my hair to the left. She also ended up cutting a skin tag.
That said the other woman there seemed very nice as she spoke to my wife and infant son (and there is a kid area) for a few minutes. The woman who cut my hair only spoke to me 3 times and during the checkout spoke to my wife. Honestly, she seemed a bit pissed to be there today. Just terrible service on her part. I will not be going back.

really love this place, been there twice and twice happy. Today I had hair cut and highlights, both are beautiful.
