If I could post 0 stars, it would certainly be more appropriate than 1. My 1st visit to the salon was about 3 weeks ago. I had a seemingly simple request— basic pedicure. The technician was very sloppy, unprofessional, and hurt my feet. She dug into my nails with a tool to the point of nearly bleeding. I shirked my foot away and tried not to shriek our in pain. She managed to get water up the back side of my leg, and didn’t seem apologetic. I paid for the service, and left visibly upset. I came back a few minutes later as I felt cheated, only to be met with hostility. I was told that the tech didn’t speak or understood English, which is why she did understand me when I tried to explain to her that my foot hurt. I explained that I can understand not speaking English very well, but I clearly gave off universal signs of discomfort, including shirking my foot (unintentionally) due to pain. Another technician tried her best to fix the work that the previous technician performed, but ultimately I was still upset. I gave it a couple of weeks, and came back trying to give the business another try. I made a 6:15 pm appointment with a specific technician who seemed to be a supervisor. My hope was that I would have a better service and end result. I waited over 30 minutes in a cold water foot bath, only to be told that my appointment was given to another client. When a technician realized the error, she quickly tried to rectify the mistake by offering me a pedicure on the spot. I tried to explain to her that at this point, I had already waited over 30 minutes, and I was now running late for an appointment. She tried repeatedly to offer me an on the spot pedicure to which I politely declined, not wanting a rushed service. I left disappointed for the 2nd time, but hopeful that my experience could be turned into a positive one. I later called the salon, and requested an appointment for the next day, and clarified the time and appointment. The technician who performed the service did a decent job, and seems to be a supervisor. My only grievance was that I felt uncomfortable with a new employee shadowing the technician. It didn’t take long for a bored employee to start observing me, and I felt like a circus animal on display. I tried to make a light joke of it, while still expressing my discomfort. This seemed to fall on deaf ears, after I made two additional complaints to the technician about being stared at while having my service. The work was fine, but I felt very ill at ease, rather than relaxed and comfortable. In all I paid $47 in over 3 weeks for very unprofessional service. I gave them the 3 strikes rule, but will NEVER return!

Hit or miss with pedicures. I had a spa pedicure twice, the first was ok but the second was great. They are fast with getting you a pedicure or manicure, but a refill you always have to wait.

I've been a loyal customer to Nailtech and they have some good work, but i recently had my nails done and my middle nail shattered within two days not even, this woman buffered and filed them down to the point my nails bent and had zero support, my gel color wasnt fully applied properly & to make matters worse i sent my mother to get her nails done for mothers day and they completely screwed up on her nails too, and it's not like she is a complicated or gets acrylics either. If possible i would only suggest going to Justin or any guy, as they are careful and take their time to do good work.

My go to place for a relaxing pedicure . Fast and friendly service. The hardest part is picking a color

Great job by Wen today. He took his time to both carefully remove my old gel polish and repaint beautifully for me.
