Awesome good massage and hot tub relaxed me. My beautiful therapist was great and a happy ending I'll never forget oral was awesome anal was even better. I need to bring my wife next time.

Hydrotherapy is very relaxing but deep tissue massage was really good. We went for a couple massage, and we both liked it. Overall good experience.

My friend and I visited the water lounge spa for the first time on Tuesday, February 13. We were scheduled to be in the hot tub for an hour, but after a few minutes we felt our eyes burning and could tell that they put way too much chlorine in the hot tub, we could really smell it too. We thought maybe it would vent out but we noticed there was no ventilation of air out of the room. The chlorine begin to sting our eyes so badly we had to leave the room after only 15 minutes. Today, Thursday, February 15, my friend and I both have huge red rashes on our bodies. Neither of us have done anything different in our daily routine’s besides sit in the chlorine infested hot tub for 20 minutes. after informing the “manager” about the situation she said, “ oh yeah that’s our worst room .”
Then we went to go get our massage, in a room that had an empty hot tub ( which one of us easily could have fallen into and hurt ourselves ) and old ripped up carpet on the floor , massage tables that were just wood and old sheet, and old ratty towels. A small space heater because the room was so cold and they couldn’t even close the room door fully . Horrible massage service, did not speak English, the female was training the mail entire time and yelling, so not relaxing at all. At one point the two “massage therapists“. Decided to switch and all of a sudden a male was massaging me without warning. Simply asking me or letting me know first would have been great. Then when I said I really do not want a male massaging me both of them got very upset I were just complaining about us the whole time. Maybe they don’t understand that white people can sometimes also speak/and understand other languages....very rude service. Salt scrub was super intense, you don’t need to rub sandpaper into my inner arm where it is very sensitive skin on everyone.

I went second time to that spa and wanted to give the experience (hot tub+massage) as a gift to my SO... I wish I've never made that decision. I paid for couple 30 min hydrotherapy + 60 min massage. My SO didn't get his back massaged at all, I think the masseuse thought he is sleeping. They put a big towel on my head so I will not be sneaking. Then... let us know that it's over and left the room, I wish my SO was more talkative during the massage itself and not so nice. As they left the room he asked me "What about the back, did he massaged your back?". I said "Yes"..
I went to talk with reception worker, she called in the owner. The owner was outrageous, called us liars, etc, threatened with her lawyer, she believed her masseuses and not us, they stated clearly: my SO asked that his back wont be touched. None of us agreed with this lie. The owner's behavior was disgusting, not only she wasn't willing to apologize or compensate it, she also called my phone while I was driving back home, yelled at me all the same not making sense rude things..
Terrible experience, she did her best to make us feel like sh..t.
This is not a clean place, occasionally you'll find hair of somebody.. didn't want to mention it before the above happened to me

It is my first time to this place. Very happy with massage and facial services.
Highly recommend.
