The only reason I am giving Miracle nails a 1 star is because there is no option to give it no star. I had the worst nail experience at this place and will NEVER step foot inside again. First let me start with the toe nail color change... The older lady who did my toe nail polish change did NOT apply the polish smoothly and I had to insist she correct the humps and lumps on my toe nails. THEN this same older lady did my full set and It was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. I asked for coffin shaped nails and most of the nails were "half coffin shaped" long story short she was not able to correct my nails so another gentleman that sat next to her had to pause his client and fix my nails the best he could. my nails are all different lengths and thicknesses and I am not happy. of course there was no apology and you are looked at like the problem when you only want what you have paid for. I notice the Asian shops usually hold no type of responsibility for their actions and never try to compensate you for you terrors. I am very disappointed in this place...oooh and I forgot to mention it took her 2.5 hours to do a full set and polish change on my toes and made me late for class.

The technician made a drastic mistake while doing my nails because she was distracted the entire time. She talked to another worker who stood at her station, the entire time, she also got up and left several other times to assist other workers and upset customers. So, she comes back and realizes she forgot to give me the nail shape I requested!!!!! after she talked me into getting a brand new set!!!!! Too late now!!! She apologized and I said "you can try to fix the shape", "she said but it's better to do it before the acrylic." So she had no choice but to try! They were on solid!!
Needless to say, they turned out looking crooked and deformed! She knew I was not pleased after the first hand. She asked me how it looked during the process, and I said "fine" 😟😞because I wanted to give her a chance to finish the smoothing and shaping. An hour and a half later, they were all finished and painted, and looked a hot mess! 😝 But, my colour was cute💅🏽which camouflaged her hideously poor work! 😲 I proceeded to get my brows done, and toes painted to match. Upon checkout I told her that even though I know she tried, I just was not happy with my nails. 😝 Lawd, what did I say that for???? We went around and around over HER MISTAKE and my horrific experience! Folks, she gave me a $2 👀👀(Yea, u seeing it right🤑) discount after I think she inflated the price!🤔 I paid and left!✌🏾duces! 🚘
I have used this shop twice before and there is ALWAYS something WRONG there with customers having issues for one thing or another! I use them only when my regular shop is busy. I will wait the next time!😴

Hit or miss. It's unfortunate because the establishment looks great. I would go to get a pedicure but I do not see myself getting my nails done again. The last time I went the electric file got me and I started bleeding. Now I'm nervous and hate those things. I wouldn't suggest this place but a lot of my friends love Wayne. He is nice but unless you make an appointment you might end up with someone else.

I came here as a walk in and was taken immediately. The tech did a great job with my nails, gave me almost everything I had wanted (they’re still shiny despite asking for matte but I can live).
The service, however, is why I only gave 2 stars. The tech didn’t say much to me and ignored a question I asked... twice. I thought he didn’t hear me the first time. There was a girl sitting next to him that was madly tapping on her phone and it was just very weird. I didn’t know if she worked there, was the spouse of the tech, or what. It was a little uncomfortable. The tech also got upset when his hand touched my wet nail and he got polish on his hand.... and he rolled his eyes at me. I felt the need to apologize.... I shouldn’t have had to.
There were other techs that were yelling, laughing, and swearing so loudly and it was so unprofessional. Another tech seemed to have what looked like a tampon up her nose, laughing loudly. It’s nice to have fun at work, but in all the years I worked customer service, never did I take it to such an inappropriate or obnoxious level.
I’m not sure I would return here, it was so unprofessional and not a comfortable environment.

I would not recommend this nail salon to anybody. The customer service was good but the quality of nails are horrible. I spent $40.00 on a full set gel nail acrylic and out of all my years of getting gel nails, they have never chipped until now. Gel nails should not chip as easily as regular polish and on top of that the paint job is horrible. My nails chipped the day after I got them done from this place. I will not be coming back here.
