This place sucks and I’m amazed that it has a 4 star rating. I had to get my brows done cause my normal place was busy and I was short on time. I went to this place and they acknowledged me, but then the lady came up and was like “oh, I didn’t know what you were waiting for” umm..how bout you ask?! Then I go back to the wax room and there’s like a mattress on the floor..not that it’s a huge deal, but c’mon. 🙄 anyway, the lady can’t do brows to save her life, she plucked my face with the tweezers and I bled? That shouldn’t happen. And she asked me if I trim the brow hair..do ladies not do that? I was confused but I said yes, I do. Finally it was over and I still tipped out of courtesy. I will never, even in an emergency, go back to this place. Consider yourself warned.

They did a great job. They always do. I was misunderstood on this particular visit but the next time I went there they gave me the 5 star treatment.

They use tools over and over without cleaning or sterilization.
