I've gone three times, the first time they started my nails and never finished because the made a mistake in the schedule. The second time I went the cut me while doing my nails and it hurt like hell. The third time they scheduled my nails for 11 am and didn't have anyone to assist me and told me to wait 30 minutes with no kind of remorse. Never going here again! Wasted my time literally.

I went here for the first time a few days ago because it was close to my new job. The lady who did my acrylic nail gel fill-in cut me so many times when cutting the cuticles. I was bleeding with cuts everywhere. I asked her to take a few dollars off the price because of this and they said no. I was very unhappy with that. The next day my fingers were swollen from the cuts. I noticed today that the gel polish was already chipping off on 4 nails. I went there after work and told the manager and asked for someone to fix my nails. I was waiting for someone to help me for 40 minutes, while they took 2 women who walked in after me. I just walked out and will never go back here again. I had to go to another salon to ask them to fix my nails and had to pay more money. Very bad experience!!
