I requested a GEL manicure, they gave me acrylic - which I'm allergic to & told her so. Instead of removing, she filed down & put gel powder OVER it! Nails are poorly shaped and Super Thick. When I requested she reconsider charging me full price, said she'd "fixed". She did not & charged $50. This is unacceptable & poor service.

Best nails I've ever received. Nails perfectly shaped. They want to please, and I like shopping locally. I highly recommend.
