I must start out by saying that I'm not all that picky about how I get my nails done -- pretty simple, came in for a fill-in, that's it.
The guy that used the electric buffer tool used so much pressure, digging into my cuticles. I was flinching and told him that he was stinging my skin, but he told me that I was just nervous, I was just feeling the heat from the rotation, and that I should just look away at the tv.
I'm not a 4 year old getting a flu shot; this is a fill-in. This is obviously not the first time that I've experienced the use of that tool either...
So I also mentioned that I do a lot of drawing for my job and the acrylic tends to lift up at the cuticle on my right hand. He assured me not to worry, and that he knew what he was doing. Obviously not -- you can still see the white split in the acrylic under the updated layer. Never coming here again; total waste of time and money if you're just communicating to a doorknob!
