22.I don't get manicures more often but after this experience I think will. The team here is super friendly, the place is sparkling and they are very meticulous about keeping things clean. Plus, the salon is clean and fresh ... so I truly love you LA Nails!

Nail techs do a wonderful job, they are friendly and can usually get me in when I call. Super clean place. I wouldn't go anywhere else

2nd time I've been...definitely need an appointment...they are busy and for good reason. Both techs I've had have done a wonderful job on my nails. I get gel manicures and thepolish would last all month if I didn't go in to change it.

I've gone here for over a year, AT LEAST once a month and for that first year it was great! I wish that were the case now. The last two times I've gone here my nails have lifted three to five days after getting them done, everyone is rude, and it takes well over an hour and a half to simply get a fill. Apparently they don't appreciate customer loyalty. I try not to be high maintenance but honestly, when I'm paying $40 minimum to get a very basic gel fill, I expect a little more than my nails lasting three days. I'm definitely going somewhere else from now on.

I have loved going to this place the last couple months. Everyone is very friendly and I appreciate how clean the place is, they even put in a fresh liner with your pedicure! The last time I went though has made it so I will not return.
I didn’t get the pedicure I asked for because the employee kept telling me this other one was better and I felt like I had to say yes to the one she wanted even after I told her what I wanted. I still would go back after this, but what bothered me the most was how rough she was while exfoliating me. My toe is still healing from this (broke my skin open) and she either didn’t notice she hurt me or just chose to ignore it. Either way I was disappointed.
