Had an appointment with Jennifer. Arrive and told she was not in town. Called her, she referred me to someone else in the salon. Go back in and that person is not there. Texted her asking for a recommendation and that was no help. This was late Thursday, I have a morning flight Friday morning to celebrate my birthday weekend and no resolution. This is not how you treat people. If you weren't going to be available, just say so. Thank you for wasting my time.

No stars. If you want your nails to look great and get the value that you spend your hard earned money for I would not recommend Glamour Nails in the Triangle Mall. This was my first time visiting with them and after my experience it will be my last visit. First I walked in and they asked me to pick a color and I asked for a French manicure ( pink and white) when I asked this they all just sort of looked at me like I was crazy and I asked them can you do pink and white nails? They then assured me that they could. Well I did this on Saturday 03/05/2016 and my big toe the polish is already chipping off and my acrylic nails my two middle fingers have both popped off one taking my nail growth with it and the others are lifting and breaking along the nail bed. They are using bad and old stuff apparently. Will not be going back there and $65 dollars for their fees and $10 tip latter I wish I could get my money back ... My nails didn't even last a week and now I will be going to a place that hopefully can correct the damage that they have done. Wish I could take a picture and attach it to this post. I know I have selected 1 star but this is only due to the fact that I wanted to post my experience. I would give them a No Star rating...

I love visiting Jennifer. It has taken me 10+ years to find a nail stylist that knows exactly my style. She does an impeccable job and the designs are always beautiful. She takes pride in her work and it shows every time.

I would not recommend going here I fell as if they are con artist. I didn't read the reviews until my nails started lifting after the first day I got my nails done July 30th 2016 there is no way by July 31st my nails should be looking this bad. Its not worth your time or money. I wouldn't want anyone regretting there experience as I do now. When I could have take my money else where.

When I went in to glamour nails, I came with my friend we decided what we wanted I told the lady at the front and we sat and waited. After a while we both got called over I got a guy and my friend got a guy. As soon as we went over there he started giving me a manicure even though I asked for a full set of acrylic nails. When I told him I didn't ask for a manicure he was getting upset that he had to redo what he started. He kept asking me how I was gonna pay and if I had the money to pay and how did I get the money. I told him I babysit and he said I shouldn't have my nails so long for babysitting.overall he wasn't the nicest person but my nails did stay on for over two weeks in good condition
