My daughter went in to get her nails done and was told it was an hour to two hours wait. We left and came back an hour later and they said they were closed. The person that told my daughter that there was a wait lied and said it wasn’t her she talked to; like there would be any reason for my daughter to lie about that. She called the person she says my daughter talked to and I talked to her. She still never said it was her she talked to. She said usually if someone is coming back they will tell them. Well obviously my daughter did not know that and why does it matter when your sign says you close at 7. The person who was before her was still there so how are you closed at 4:30. Why should anyone have to sit and wait for that long just to be seen. The truth is she was ready to leave and it seems they were short staffed. All she had to do was tell my daughter that they were booked for the rest of the day and all the confusion would have been avoided.

Excellent pedi. Hot parafin, good massage, my feet were awful & she took special care. Didnt do a 5 because it could really use a paint job & wall cleaning. But good hygiene was followed & equiptment is fresh & clean. I just think they are too busy. Definitely will go back!

Waste of my money and time. They were rude and didn't even do what I asked. Not only that but my sisters nails came outnhorrible and unfortunately got a fungus from their tools.

I have received service from them about 4-5 times. Each time I have watched how they treat people of color differently. They are rude and dismissive to those paying customers. With other customers there are polite, engaging and friendly. Yesterday was the last straw for me when I heard one of the owners talking negatively about customers who were still in the salon to ANOTHER customer who was not a woman of color! I informed the owner of how unprofessional that was and told her that was my last time coming there. Not to mention the shape of my nails are off and they tried to force me to get a color that I did not want...
