Crappy nails. Reminds me of old chiclets gum. Done to fast. Did not get what I asked for. Will never go back

I got an acrylic fill yesterday on my nails I’ve been getting done for the last 6 months at various other places. Never have I ever had a nail break let alone within an hour of getting them done and another today. When I went to get it fixed they didn’t even use two coats of polish so it doesn’t event look like the rest. Poor job all around.

Will never go back he was rude wouldn't say a word to me was rough with my feet & my polish isn't even & my big toe he somehow smudged & didn't fix! Also cut my toe nails sooooo short they look weird
Also got them done 6 days ago and the Polish already started coming off 3 days ago! He also didn't set my timer for the dryer & I asked & was ignored.

Gave them a try since they are close to home. I will never go back again. RUDE employees, place is dirty, nails look like a child did them, rough and rushed.

Came back 40 min like they said...got IMMEDIATELY RUSHED by the guy bc he had another appointment coming...then i kid you not this guy did my “manicure” in les than 10min. Now mind you I’ve been getting GEL manis since i was 16....I’m 29....he then asked me to pay...and charged me 3$ more bc there was a very little corner in my pinky that had some left over gel polish on it...i said ok fine. I decided to give me nails a break and do reg polish...this upset him. 😳. From there he was rude i asked if he was going to cut my cuticles and my dry skin (as I’m a nurse and wash my hands FREQUENTLY)...he then gets upset...then the POLISH....my 4yo niece could have done better. He comes as I’m drying my nails to do
My “top coat”....there’s BARELY any in the bottle. I then politely ask can my nails be cleaned up bc i had polish ALL on my skin. I asked Kim this she looked and said no you can wait for him. Then i said I’d do it myself if someone just gives me some remover. He comes over i showed him and he stated bc my nails are so short he painted over. This is my first time in WI as I’m a travel nurse from Austin... I get my nails done legit every other week....idk if this is what you all call “good nails” but NEVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS.
