This place is beautiful and quaint. There are about 6 booths where different stylists work, and the entire salon is set up with really pretty decorations without being over-the-top. It smells good in there, but not overpowering (and I was surprised to later learn that they offer a nail salon, apparently, because I saw nothing like that and the place didn't reek of acetone). I went in with my sister-in-law, who was getting a major chop done. They put us both at ease and did an AMAZING job on her hair. She looks absolutely stunning, and the pricing was more than worth it. This is the salon my sisters-in-law and mother-in-law frequent, and though I'm from out of town, I wouldn't hesitate to drive a while to get my own hair done here sometime.

My wife and kids go there every time, it has been the place to get her nails and hair done since we moved here, owner and her staff are very friendly, very well located in the heart of Watkinsville.
Reservations are suggested but walk-ins are welcome and we've never had to wait.

This time was my third visit and I brought my 5yr old too. Nice people as always and excellent haircuts of course 👍

Unfortunately for me this small-town salon has small-town skills. My hair is brown with red undertones and difficult but not impossible to lighten to blonde without 40 volume peroxide. I've been having my hair highlighted for 15 years. with a variety of salons depending on where I've lived. I try to stay with a new stylist for a reasonable length of time, but after three cuts and two failed attempts at color, I left with flourescent chicken yellow hair. To add injury to injury the stylist actually cut a reverse mohawk up the back of my head - so short that it could not be blended into the rest of my hairstyle. The owner was involved in this travesty as well. Do not use this salon, and especially not Ms. Yarbrough. An absolutely traumatizing experience and I'm sorry I actually paid for the services.

Always a pleasure. Have been seeing Robin for over 20 years - no one can cut stick straight, baby fine hair like her.
