My husband and I have been renting from Michelle and Shari since they were with Sun Country. They are prompt on getting maintenance out to repair things when they are first reported. And the staff are always welcoming when you come in the office.

If you decide to rent from this company, I would recommend paying extra to have an attorney present at the time you sign a lease, and when you vacate. This company will take your deposit for wear and tear that's out of your control. If there is paint chipping on the outside of the building the company will take the deposit. Anything externally that needs the be repaired or replaced will come out of your deposit. You are also responsible for cleaning the outside windows. If there is a leak in the roof or old windows that need repairs, it will come out of your deposit. Also be aware that if there is normal wear and tear to the unit such as a leaky faucet, you have to pay for repairs. If you contact the company while living on the premises and notify of an issue with repairs you will be charged $30 an hour for someone to come out and fix the problem.

Absolutely horrendous company to deal with, I suggest going anywhere else but here. They waist your time and money.

Unfriendly staff, got a denial over $50 in income, even with a co-signer with excellent credit. They didn't even have an agent call me it was the front desk chick with poor math skills who called to deny me. Please heed the warnings and the reviews here. I found them to be exactly true, plus the house when viewed was dirty, not ready for 2 more weeks and had drug paraphanelia inside the bathroom. So must be a former crack den, or maintenance man's stuff. Glad I got the denial, because it is a mystery as to why they do not want to take an honest, hard working, person's money and they need a few classes in customer service!

I submitted an application for an apartment on the night of the 4th and someone else was approved for the apartment on the morning of the 5th. They didn't even bother to review our application first before approving the other tenant. This was a waste of $30 as they have a no refund policy. If applying, I would call ahead first and make sure that they won't skip over your application.
