So I thought I loved my nails, the nail tech did a great job on my cuticles... well the pictures I posted are a 8 days after getting them done ( literally half of my pinky was off and about 7 other nails chipped badly). I got dip done and it was chipping so much by day 2. Oddly enough the only other time I’ve been here I got gel and it started peeling the first week. I went some where else and they redid them for me and they look totally different, much more natural and hopefully doesn’t chip off. Wouldn’t recommend this place, it’s nice but lacks air flow (I was suffocating on chemicals) and obviously something isn’t right if my nails chip and peel every time I go here.

I went there for the first time today and I will definitely be coming back. Not only do they use great products, but their customer service is outstanding. From the moment I walked in they made me feel welcomed and made sure I was comfortable during my short wait time. I walked in without an appointment and was taken back within minutes. They keep their stations clean and in border that it allows them to run an efficient and productive business. Everyone was so nice and super helpful. Peter made the best recommendations for my nails and the entire staff took really good care of me. Thank you for the service you provided! 🙏🏽✨

I'm debating a 5 star here but the pricing is on the high end. They have a clean, nice facility with comfortable chairs and take the time to do a good job. The gel colors are not nearly as bright on as they are on the cards, but that isn't the facility's fault. Overall, I will be returning and find the staff pleasant and well trained. It's definitely worth a stop by, just make sure you make an appointment or have extra time to wait.

I am new to the area, by way of New England, and i have been putting off a pedicure for way to long. I came across Kelly D Nail and Spa and I Love this place! Deb did my pedicure and i was AMAZED at how good it came out considering it had been years since my last pedicure. I have been out west over two months and wish i had found this place sooner. Prices are extremely fair and the customer service and attention to detail is impressive. The most important was the listening to what i wanted rather than assume. She was conversational and seemed to actually enjoy what she was doing. I love going into any establishment where you can tell the people enjoy working there, it says ALOT about the owners and how they treat their employees which means a lot to me a customer because i in turn get the best service! Thanks again!
