My friend called and scheduled a gel mani and regular pedi for us on a busy Saturday afternoon. They got us in quickly, although I wonder if they ever turn away a customer. They were definitely overbooked when we got there. Average prices and salon is clean and cute. Services done pretty well and fairly quickly, especially for how busy they were.
Downside: The salon is arranged in such a way that you have to side-shuffle your way in between walls, past other customers, furniture and equipment to get to the polish wall. The owner and one tech were breathing down our necks while we were trying to choose colors. Also, the bathroom and supply/break rooms are right behind the polish wall, so it was a constant traffic jam. Didn’t appreciate the additional pressure from the employees to hurry up.
Two techs were friendly and polite, the other two were abrasive and a little rude. There was a lot of interrupting and impatience from those two. They seemed to be mirroring the attitude of the owner which was kinda sad to see. You can always tell a place with unhappy employees and this place seemed to be full of them. Hopefully they can expand soon and maybe hire some more people so the atmosphere is less stressful for employees and customers alike.
Wasn’t relaxing at all, but I have to say my nails look good. Might go back on a weekday when things are calmer.

My first time trying this place and I won't be back. Didn't even get my nails done. my friend and I made appointments at a certain time. Showed up on time to have to wait 25 mins to even be seated in a seat then finally get seated. My friend and I were on complete opposite sides of the salon. And then we sat in the chair for ten more minutes before finally getting up and leaving because at this point it was 45 minutes after my appointment and neither of nails had even been touched. So disappointed in this.

This place needs more organization. I made an appointment for 6:15 for two full acrylic sets. We arrived at 6:10, and were told to wait which we were okay with. They sat us at this bar, and gave us water. A little while longer they handed us books to find our colors. The seating was awkward, I was positioned in the middle of a walkway. I had to get up a few times to let people through to wash their hands, and even get a chair for another lady waiting. After a 25 minute wait we were told two seats were free. They ended up being separated, and we were back to back. After scheduling for an appointment together. We waited another 10 minutes, and still no one had touched either of our nails. We ended up leaving this crowded, unorganized, and bad serviced nail salon after a 35 minutes with nothing more then our colors picked out.

I love this place, I have been going here for about 5 years! I have brought my friends and family on different occasions and they all seem to love them! They are clean and very accommodating. I usually like to see Lily but I don't "have" too so there have been tons of times I get different people. They really take their time with perfecting things. They are busy but have a lot of people working usually so if you have to wait it isn't for very long. Not to mention their work is worth the wait.

They scraped off our good skin and questioned my wife about her ethnicity, then called her a liar when she told them the truth. They spent too much time on our toes and neglected the other parts that needed work.
